Eric Fulghum
Group Leader, Therapeutic After School & Summer Programs

Eric has worked with children and in some instances families since graduation of college.  He has previously worked with Salesmanship Club before as a group leader at the wilderness camp for 2 years.  Since the time from camp, Eric has worked with TDPRS as a caseworker working with children and families attempting to keep the family unified.  He also spent a portion of time working with juveniles as a residential officer.  Eric worked with one other residential treatment center for more than 3 years with intensely emotionally and behaviorally challenged youth.  He enjoys working with people finding ways to overcome their situations.

Amy Hodges

Amy previously worked as a group counselor at the Salesmanship Club Youth Camp, a residential wilderness camp for teens with emotional and behavioral difficulties. She has also worked with adolescents a number of different settings ranging from drug and alcohol intervention to behavioral and emotional treatment settings. She enjoys using solution focused therapy as well as experiential therapy to help adolescents and their families discover new ways of communicating and solving problems.

Sandy is proud to be apart of the Therapeutic After School Program, working with children and their families. Sandy worked for Southwest Airlines for 25 years before retiring in 2005. She came out of retirement because Salesmanship Club’s work to make a transforming difference in the lives of children and families sparked her interest. Sandy enjoys traveling and has life-time travel benefits with SWA.

Fred Lines, LPC
Director, Therapeutic After School & Summer Programs

Fred Lines is a licensed professional counselor and a licensed child care administrator with more than twenty years experience working with kids and their families. Lines previously worked as a full time family therapist for Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers (6 years) and before that as a therapeutic counselor and senior counselor for the Salesmanship Club Youth Camp (13 years).  Lines received a masters in counseling from Texas A&M Commerce.  Lines worked with Terrell Independent School District providing individual and family counseling for two years, and worked as a child abuse investigator for Texas Department of Family Protective Services for three years.  Lines has extensive training in group work, experiential therapeutic learning activities, parent education using the “Love and Logic” and “Love and Limits” curriculum, individual and family therapy. Lines also serves as a consultant / trainer for sister organizations in the Dallas metroplex.  His curiosity and warm sense of humor combined with his competency/strength-based approach to working with teens and pre-teens adds strength and energy to his work with the families we serve.

Laura Marroquin
Group Leader, Therapeutic After School & Summer Programs

Laura works with 10 to 12-year-old kids in the Therapeutic After School Program. Prior to her work with Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers, she volunteered at an orphanage in Guatemala with 35 children ages birth to 14 years old. She  also worked with at-risk adolescent boys who lived in a residential treatment home back in her home country of Guatemala. Prior to this, Laura worked at the YMCA of Boston, Mass., for two years, mentoring and guiding kids of various ages. In addition, she worked at the VA hospital in Brockton, Mass., addressing elder needs in the community.  She has a passion for working with the Hispanic/Latino community and enjoys making families feel welcomed and comfortable in the TASP program.

Maria Raney
Administrative Assistant, Therapeutic After School & Summer Programs

Maria has facilated program operations as administrative support staff for the past 8 years. In the Therapeutic After School Program, she serves as a point of first contact for families interested in the program. Maria speaks both Spanish and English.

Jennifer Wilbanks
Group Leader, Therapeutic After School & Summer Programs

Jennifer was a group counselor at the Salesmanship Club Youth Camp for almost 3 years. At the Youth Camp, she worked with teenage girls who had significant emotional or behavioral problems. She then worked as a clinical houseparent at a residential treatment center for 1.5 years before rejoining Salesmanship Club in the Therapeutic After School Program. Jennifer enjoys working with troubled teens, helping them to recognize their potential and learn new things about the world around them.
