Roy Ballard provides Data and VOIP support for both the Oak Cliff office
and Family Works Center. He maintains the day to day operations including
Network infrastructure, Microsoft Server 2003 including on site Microsoft
Exchange 2003 server, Citrix Farm, Database servers and Help Desk support.
He has over 8 years of IT experience and is certified with Microsoft and
Cisco products.

Donna King provides database administration, reporting and technical training support for SCYFC. She received a B.A. degree in communications from Baylor University, and completed additional training in computer science. Donna worked in human resources administration before joining SCYFC, and has over eight years’ experience in database management and reporting.

Ann Minnett, Ph.D.
Director, Research & Evaluation

Ann Minnett is a Developmental Psychologist with a background in child
development, specifically early childhood and sibling and peer relations.
Before coming to SCYFC in 1993, she was a Research Scientist at UT-Dallas
where she co-directed a study of the social and academic effects of pull-out
instructional models for special education students in 43 DISD elementary
and junior high schools. She is currently Associate Adjunct Professor
at UT-Dallas and writes and publishes in the fields of education, program
evaluation and child development.

Trina C. Taylor, M.A.
Research & Evaluation Specialist

Trina C. Taylor received her B.A. degree in Elementary Education from
Southern University at New Orleans in 1988 and her M.A. degree in Counseling
from Southern University and A& M College in 1991. Prior to her coming
to the Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers, she was a Grants Coordinator
at Xavier University of Louisiana and Tulane University, both in New Orleans,
where she wrote grants that provided funds to develop programs in three
local school districts, managed programs, and provided agencies with findings
to show growth in student achievement in the schools.
