Jacinda Duffy is responsible for the computer and phone networks and all hardware and software associated with them. She will also provide helpdesk and user support. Jacinda has a B.S. degree in IT/Network Management and over 6 years IT experience.

Database and Reporting Manager

Donna King provides database administration, reporting and technical training support for SCYFC.  She received a B.A. degree in communications from Baylor University, and completed additional training in computer science.  Donna worked in human resources administration before joining SCYFC, and has over eight years’ experience in database management and reporting.

Ann Minnett, Ph.D.

Ann Minnett is a Developmental Psychologist with over thirty years of research experience in child development and education. She received  Masters and PhD degrees from The University of Texas at Dallas, where she has been Associate Adjunct Professor for twelve years and has taught both undergraduate and graduate classes in developmental psychology and research methodology. Prior to coming to SCYFC in 1993, Ann was employed as a Research Scientist at UT-Dallas where she co-directed a three-year study of the social and academic effects of pull-out instructional models for special education students in 43 DISD elementary and junior high schools. She also directed other research projects at that time for the UT-Dallas Callier Center/DISD Regional School for the Deaf and Timberlawn Psychiatric Research Foundation. She has developed evaluation studies as a consultant to several Dallas area nonprofit organizations and was a partner in The Lucas Group, which specialized in research-based jury selection. Her work at SCYFC draws on all past experiences with evaluation and program improvement for both mental health and education services. As director of IT services, she’s had the opportunity to incorporate the meaningful use of data into program practices. She writes and publishes in the fields of education, program evaluation and child development.
