Delane is the executive director of Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers, a role she was given in 2008 when previous exec, Kent Skipper, was promoted to CEO of Salesmanship Club of Dallas. Since 2005, Delane, as named associate executive director of Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers, has worked to develop, integrate and manage all mental health services and training programs. Previously, in her role as director of psychological services, Delane headed up SCYFC's clinical staff and oversaw the agency’s family therapy and professional training programs. Delane received her doctorate in counseling psychology in 1978 from University of North Texas. She is a past president of both the Dallas Psychological Association and the Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Network. With her associates Rudy Buckman and Ann Reese, she co-authored “Narrative Therapies” in Theoretical Perspectives in Direct Social Work Practice.
