Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers, an 89-year fixture in the Dallas charity community, today announced Jeff Porter as its incoming board chairman.
An attorney at SettlePou in Dallas, Porter has been a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas since 1996 and has held various board positions with the Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers and the Salesmanship Club of Dallas. In addition to working with the needy aiding access to the legal justice system, Porter has worked with various area charities to make a transforming difference in the lives of Dallas children.
On a professional note, Porter is the chair of SettlePou's Real Estate Transactions practice and has nearly three decades of experience in real estate matters involving the purchase and sale, development, financing, leasing, management and construction of all manner of real estate projects. A graduate of SMU Law School, Porter serves in the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program’s pro bono legal clinics and is a Fellow of both the Dallas Bar Foundation and the Texas Bar Foundation.
